Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and career-focused Career Advisor to assist candidates/consultants with career guidance, resume improvement, interview coordination, and job opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in recruitment, staffing, career counseling, or candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand candidates skills, experience, career goals, and job preferences.
- Provide career guidance and recommend suitable job opportunities.
- Review and improve resumes to align with relevant job requirements.
- Coordinate with recruiters and candidates regarding job openings and interviews.
- Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing relevant guidance and support.
- Track candidate profiles, submissions, interviews, and hiring status.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in Excel/CRM.
- Coordinate with the Bench Sales and Recruitment teams to identify suitable opportunities.
- Assist in marketing qualified consultants/candidates to potential clients and staffing vendors.
- Follow up on submissions, interviews, and feedback.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment, Career Counseling, Staffing, Bench Sales, Inside Sales, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to understand resumes and match candidates with suitable opportunities.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in US Staffing / IT Staffing / RPO is an advantage.
- Familiarity with US recruitment processes and job portals is preferred.
