Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Career Advisor. The role involves guiding learners throughout their career transition journey by providing career counseling, mentorship, and strategic advice. Responsibilities include assessing individual career goals, conducting mock interviews, enhancing resume and professional presence, and helping learners access placement opportunities. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure the success of learners and deliver insights on market trends to support career readiness and decision-making.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Career Counseling, Coaching, and Professional Development Strategies
  • Solid understanding of Recruitment, Resume Writing, and Job Market Trends
  • Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Relationship-Building Skills
  • Proven ability to mentor and inspire clients to achieve their career goals
  • Experience with data-driven insights, reporting, and analytics to guide career decisions
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with teams and learners
  • Prior experience in education, training, or workforce development is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Education, or related field required
