Brine, part of the Brik Oven family, is our dedicated resto-bar destination, offering a lively atmosphere, curated food and beverage experiences, and quality hospitality. We are looking for an experienced Senior Captain to join the team at Brine and lead front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the service team during shifts.
• Ensure smooth restaurant and bar operations at Brine.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
• Monitor table turnover and overall service flow.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
• Train and mentor captains, stewards, and bar staff.
• Support daily sales targets and upselling initiatives.
• Maintain grooming, discipline, and service standards among team members.
  
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar service standards.
• Good understanding of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Ability to manage peak hours and high-volume service.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and billing.
