Role Description The Senior Capital Raising Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Karnataka, India, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with institutional and qualified investors to raise capital for TradeX Protocol's trading strategies and products. Day-to-day responsibilities include building investor pipelines, preparing and delivering high-quality pitch materials, leading due diligence discussions, and negotiating capital allocation terms. The role also involves collaborating with trading, research, and operations teams to understand performance, risk, and product features, and to translate these into clear, compelling narratives for investors. The Senior Capital Raising Manager will monitor market and investor trends, maintain detailed CRM records, and provide regular reporting on fundraising progress and investor feedback to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in capital raising, investor relations, or fundraising within financial markets, preferably in trading, hedge funds, or asset management.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, performance reporting, and understanding of systematic strategies across asset classes such as gold, FX, and digital assets.
• Ability to develop and deliver clear presentations, pitch decks, and written materials tailored to institutional and sophisticated investors.
• Demonstrated skills in relationship management, negotiation, and long-term partnership building with investors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations related to capital raising and investment products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional language proficiency is an advantage.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams across research, trading, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, MBA) are beneficial.
• Proactive, data-driven mindset, high ethical standards, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-oriented setting.
