Camunda 8, BPMN-based workflow design, process automation, and enterprise integrations. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and customers to understand process requirements and develop scalable, efficient, and high-performing automation solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement workflow automation solutions using Camunda 8 and related automation platforms.
- Collaborate with customers, business users, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
- Translate business processes into automated workflows using BPMN standards.
- Develop and integrate workflows with APIs, databases, microservices, and third-party applications.
- Perform workflow testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
- Optimize workflow performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Ensure best practices in workflow orchestration, exception handling, and process monitoring.
- Work in Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in workflow automation and process optimization.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in workflow automation or related technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Camunda 8 (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards.
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Azure Logic Apps, Camunda, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience in integrating workflows with:
- REST APIs
- Databases
- Third-party systems
- Enterprise applications
- Proficiency in scripting/programming languages related to automation solutions.
- Experience in testing, debugging, deployment, and monitoring of automated workflows.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
