Responsibilities:
• Provide L1/L2 production support, including monitoring and incident resolution
• Participate in Weekly application maintenance activities, support monthly releases
• Analyze issues raised by business users, configure the application to meet functional needs
• Manage and resolve incidents in collaboration with Product Owners and BAs
• Perform batch monitoring and ensure timely execution of scheduled jobs
• Configure application workflows, business logic, and process flows
• Ensure system security, availability, and performance standards are maintained
• Handle user queries and provide timely support to business stakeholders
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Mandatory Skills Description
:8+ years Strong experience in Calypso production suppor
t• Strong domain knowledge in capital markets, E2E understanding of trade life cycle, Settlements, Confirmation
s• Basic knowledge on Trade booking model, Market data setup and Integration of trade interfaces like Markitwire, Bloomber
g• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, Shifts in Australia / London / India time zone
s• Hands-on experience in L1/L2 support and incident management in Calypso Syste
m• Experience in batch monitoring and job schedulin
g• Good analytical and problem-solving skill
s• Basic knowledge of Unix/Linux environment
s• Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, monitoring tools, and build tool
s• Strong stakeholder communication and customer handling skill
