Job Requirements:
• Minimum 5–9 years of experience in Pedestrian Protection Lower Leg simulations and Front & Rear Bumper load-case simulations within the automotive industry
• OEM experience will be an added advantage
• Strong experience in crash simulation using ANSA, Pam-Crash, and META software
• Experience in physical test and simulation correlation activities
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation and Excel documentation skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
• FEM model building, execution, result analysis, and reporting for effective decision-making
• Ensure project milestones are completed within timelines as per PEP guidelines
• Participate in cross-functional meetings and present findings/root cause analysis
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and headquarters for development solutions
• Support identification of new technologies and development opportunities
• Assist the team with simulation methodologies and administrative tasks
• Support physical testing and simulation correlation activities when required
