senior CAE Analyst - NVH + seating

Creation of complete Seat CAE Models [System level]

Expereince in model build for plastic parts, structural parts, seat foams etc

Build NVH seat models using Crash and safety seat models

Ability to do integration of Front and Rear seats and debug NVH mode l [Welds / Bolt / Adhesives etc.]

Experience with modal and vibration analyses for Seats systems

Ability to post process seat mo dal or frequency response analysis results using Hyperworks tools.

Experience in CAE-TEST correlation projects

Ability to devel op CAE modelling procedures using physical test-CAE correlations

Ability to provide feasible design solutions to meet requirement targets

Creating detailed reports on CAE results, analysis, and recommendations
