Role Description The Senior C++ Qt Developer (Windows) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The developer will design, implement, and maintain Windows desktop applications using C++ and the Qt framework, with a strong focus on performance, reliability, and usability. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and efficient code, refactoring and optimizing existing modules, and integrating new features and UI components. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translating them into technical specifications, and participating in code reviews, debugging, and issue resolution. The developer will ensure adherence to software development best practices, contribute to architectural decisions, and support release cycles through testing, documentation, and maintenance.
Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and operating systems.
Experience in Software Development and Back-End Web Development, with exposure to distributed systems or high-performance applications.
Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), ideally with advanced expertise in modern C++ on Windows platforms.
Hands-on experience with Qt framework for UI development, desktop application design, and integration with Windows APIs.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), CI/CD pipelines, and standard software engineering practices.
Ability to analyze requirements, design scalable solutions, and produce clear technical documentation.
Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with product, QA, and data engineering teams.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in AI, data engineering, or IoT-related applications is a plus.
