Principal Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance software systems using modern C++ (C++11/14/17) for real-time, scalable applications.

Build and optimize low-latency, multithreaded modules for use in performance-critical environments such as distributed systems, infrastructure tooling, or real-time engines.

Contribute to the architecture, design, and code reviews to ensure reliability, maintainability, and performance of the codebase.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, DevOps, QA, and product managers to ship high-impact features.

Implement and maintain unit tests, integration tests, and performance benchmarking to ensure code quality and system robustness.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in production-grade C++ development, with a solid understanding of modern C++ features (C++11 and above).

Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, memory management, and concurrency.

Experience with Linux-based development, including familiarity with system calls, IPC, file I/O, and multithreading.

Proficiency in using debugging, profiling, and performance tuning tools .

Nice to Have:

Experience with distributed systems, network programming, or embedded software.

Familiarity with build systems like CMake, Bazel, and continuous integration pipelines.

Exposure to unit testing frameworks (e.g., Google Test, Catch2) and tools like asan/tsan/ubsan.

Understanding of cross-platform development, real-time systems, or hardware-software interfacing.
