Senior C# Dot Net Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior C# .NET Backend Developer with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic engineering team. The candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable server- side applications. This role requires a deep understanding of the .NET framework, C# programming, and a commitment to producing high-quality, clean code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development and Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services and APIs using C# and the .NET framework. Build and optimize microservices and cloud-native applications.
• System Integration: Integrate backend systems with various external services, third-party APIs, and data storage solutions (e.g., SQL and NoSQL databases).
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks and bugs. Optimize code and database queries to ensure applications are highly performant and responsive, especially for high-traffic environments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, front-end developers, and QA engineers, to define project requirements, deliver cohesive solutions, and ensure a seamless user experience. Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to technical solution design.
• Quality Assurance:Participate in the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), focusing on writing clean, testable code, and establishing automated testing platforms and unit tests to ensure high code quality.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and operational procedures for new and existing systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive Experience:Proven experience (typically 4+ years) as a backend developer with C# and the .NET framework, including knowledge of ASP.NET Core.
• Proficiency in C#:In-depth knowledge of advanced C# features, object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• API Design:Strong experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs (OpenAPI/Swagger).
• Database Expertise:Proficiency in designing and optimizing databases, with hands-on experience in both SQL (e.g., SQL Server) and NoSQL databases.
• Cloud and DevOps:Experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, and familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Problem-Solving:Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Education: A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically preferred.
