We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer – Women's Wear to join our team and drive category growth through strategic buying, product development, and assortment planning

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Fashion.

Location : Kochi

Key Responsibilities

Lead range planning, assortment building, and seasonal buying across Women's Wear, including Fashion and Lingerie.

Manage category budgets, OTB, purchase plans, and inventory performance.

Drive product development in coordination with design, sourcing, and vendor teams.

Lead vendor negotiations, ensuring competitive costing, quality, and timely deliveries.

Analyse sales, margins, stock movement, and market trends to optimise category performance.

Develop commercially relevant assortments aligned with customer preferences and market trends.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Women's Wear Buying.

Strong product knowledge across Women's Wear categories, including Lingerie.

Excellent negotiation, analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
