We are looking for an experienced Senior Buyer – Men's Wear to join our team.

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead range planning, assortment building and seasonal product selection across Men's Wear, including Fashion and Innerwear/Undergarments.
• Manage category budgets, OTB and purchase plans in line with sales and margin targets
• Drive product development in coordination with design, sourcing and vendor teams.
• Lead vendor negotiations and ensure competitive costing, quality and timely delivery.
• Analyse sales, GP, stock movement, sell-through and market trends to support buying decisions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences to develop commercially relevant assortments.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing and store teams to ensure smooth execution and timely product launches.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion
• 5+ years of experience in Men's Wear Buying
• Strong product knowledge across Men's Wear, including Innerwear/Undergarments
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
