Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Business Travel Consultant, based in Cannanore with flexibility for some remote work. The consultant will assist clients with travel arrangements, including planning, booking, and managing business trips. Responsibilities include making reservations for flights, hotels, and car rentals, addressing client queries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Additionally, the consultant will provide travel management solutions tailored to clients professional needs while ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication
- Experience with Car Rental bookings and related travel needs
- Ability to handle multiple client accounts and deliver personalized solutions
- Detail-oriented and organized with excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in travel software and booking tools
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel Management, or a related field is a plus
