Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Senior Business Travel Consultant. The role includes providing exceptional travel consulting services, managing business travel arrangements for corporate clients, and ensuring seamless travel experiences. Responsibilities include booking flights, managing hotel reservations, car rentals, and addressing customer inquiries. The consultant will also provide expert travel guidance and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
- Strong Customer Service skills to deliver excellent client experiences
- Experience handling Car Rentals and related travel arrangements
- Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with corporate travel tools and platforms is an advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a senior position in the travel industry is highly desirable
