SENIOR BUSINESS TEST ANALYST

Responsibilities:

Identify, analyze and translate business requirements through written documentation and interview processes to implement and configure in vendor / enterprise platform systems

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand and translate business needs, processes, and challenges into effective process documentation and requirements. Create process maps to help capture client workflow

Host client meetings and presentations for discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and review sessions.

Support client(s) with their user acceptance testing and reviewing documented results.

Research and test within platform systems to validate specific configurations to meet business requirements of clients.

Coordinate with client technical teams to map, migrate, and integrate client data into platform solutions

Test planning by creating and validating test plans against requirements, design, and configuration management artifacts, and collaborating with program leaders to address testing dependencies, prerequisites, and constraints, while integrating the testing plan into the overall program plan.

Test execution with support for defect tracking, assessment, and categorization, contributing to go-live decision making, and performing post go-live validation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; healthcare industry and consulting experience preferred.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, ethical practices, quality, and timely project delivery.

Experience across the full lifecycle of application development, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.

Hands-on experience with testing tools, testing methodologies, and business analysis tools and techniques.

Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

AI augmentation proficiency, proven professional accomplishments, and strong self-motivation, timemanagement, and problem-solving skills.

Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.

• Ability to lead and supervise teams while delivering exceptional client service.
