Job Description
We are hiring a
Senior Business Systems Analyst / Data Product Manager to partner with global HR, Talent, Finance, and IT teams to translate strategic priorities into scalable product and data solutions, primarily using
Tableau and Looker. The role requires strong analytical skills, a product mindset, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment within global, matrixed teams.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR, TA, and IT stakeholders to define and prioritize business and data requirements.
- Define and prioritize business and data requirements; manage product backlog, user stories, and releases.
- Map current- and future-state processes; standardize global workflows while ensuring governance, security, and privacy compliance.
- Translate requirements into functional designs across the Analytics Data Platform and BI tools (Tableau/Looker).
- Ensure secure-by-design access (row/column-level controls) for sensitive HR and candidate data.
- Own semantic data products, taxonomy and ontology, governed metrics, lineage, and SLAs; monitor adoption, data quality, and UX.
- Enable governed self-service analytics for HR, Finance, and Sustainability teams.
- Lead UAT, testing cycles, defect triage, release readiness, and production support.
- Liaise with business, IT, and vendors; support tool evaluations and roadmap discussions.
- Communicate progress, risks, and value realization to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in HR/Finance systems, analytics data products, or business analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Analytics, Data, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in Tableau and Looker, including semantic modelling and governed metrics.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (GCP preferred) and modern data pipelines.
- Experience leading global matrix teams and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Agile delivery experience (backlog ownership, planning, UAT).
- Strong understanding of data governance, workforce metrics, security, and privacy controls.
- Experience in data integration, modelling, and reporting; familiarity with Workday APIs and data flows.
