Design scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, ensuring performance, security, and native platform optimization
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria, including automation rules and governance controls
Analyze upstream and downstream system impacts, documenting integrations, dependencies, and exception handling across enterprise applications
Support M&A integration activities including system impact analysis, data migration planning, and post-acquisition system alignment
Design and implement AI-driven workflows and agent-based automation to improve operational efficiency and process orchestration
Leverage AI-assisted development and rapid prototyping techniques to validate solutions quickly with stakeholders
Drive UAT planning and execution, ensuring business readiness and alignment with expected outcomes
Collaborate with Development, QA, InfoSec, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant solutions
