We are looking for an experienced Lead Power BI Developer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming data into meaningful insights and leading BI initiatives end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Design, develop, and optimize data models to enhance performance and user experience.
- Perform comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in BI development.
- Stay updated on the latest features, updates, and trends in Power BI and suggest relevant improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, data models, and data sources.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 8+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in Power BI / BI development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and report development.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and various data extraction techniques.
- Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
