Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst to support our DigitalMarketing team. This role will be crucial in developing and implementing comprehensivemarketing measurement frameworks, analyzing campaign and website performance, andproviding data-driven insights to optimize our digital marketing efforts across thousands ofwebsites. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in digital analytics and bean expert in tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, andMicrosoft Clarity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain a robust marketing measurement framework thataccurately captures performance across all digital marketing channels and campaigns
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources to measure the performance ofdigital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email, etc.) and websiteconversion funnels
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for individual websites andglobal benchmarks
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Looker Studio to visualize data andcommunicate insights effectively
Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems for both internal stakeholdersand customers, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights and performance metrics
Collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, SEO Specialist, and PPCSpecialist in India, as well as the Digital Marketing Team in the USA, to provide data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization and ensure alignment of analyticsefforts across global teams
Troubleshoot Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)implementations to improve and optimize data collection and reporting accuracy,ensuring that tracking mechanisms are functioning correctly and capturing the intendeddata.
Implement and manage tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager to ensureaccurate data collection across all digital properties
Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity to identifyareas for improvement in user experience and conversion rates
Develop and maintain documentation for analytics processes, data collection methods,and reporting procedures
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital analytics andmarketing measurement
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiencyand scalability of analytics operations
Provide training and support to team members on analytics tools and best practices
Assist in the development of data-driven strategies to improve overall marketingperformance and ROI
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment
Expert-level proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
Strong experience with Microsoft Clarity and other user behavior analysis tools
Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques
Proficiency in SQL and experience with big data platforms
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concisemanner
Experience in setting up and managing analytics for large-scale, multi-websiteenvironments
Familiarity with SEO and PPC concepts and metrics
Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager certifications are highly desirable
Experience with other BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus
