Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the automation delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

• Drive the automation intake and governance process for new demand.

• Partner with business unit leads, operations teams, and process owners to understand pain points, workflows, and inefficiencies.

• Conduct process discovery sessions/workshops to identify high-value automation candidates.

• Build and maintain a qualified automation opportunity pipeline; prioritize based on ROI, complexity, feasibility, and business impact.

• Work with Automation Architects/Developers to ensure solution design aligns with business requirements

• Support change impact assessments and change management activities for automated processes.

Must have PowerBI, Tableau experience.

• Track KPIs/benefits (FTE savings, cycle time reduction, error reduction, compliance improvement)
