Job Description
Evaluates data and performs analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Develops, implements and monitors financial performance metrics, including existing and projected cost drivers. Support financial planning and decision making. Manage global Intercompany invoicing. Creates financial models of what if scenarios for future business planning in areas such as new HC getting added, Transitions, Exits etc. Analysis for the deviations of Actuals v/s Forecast and AOP
Responsibilities
- Partners with business leaders in a defined area, line of business or region of the company.
- Assists with budget forecasting and planning.
- Handling global inter-company invoicing to raise them and get them booked every month
- Researches product pricing for specific business ventures or deals.
- Compiles cost information and runs rate of return models to make sure costs are correctly recorded and then correctly cross charged as per business rules.
- Works closely with operations and other business stakeholders to provide costs reports and align on the same.
- Assists with development and maintenance of financial models and reports.
- Analyzes and evaluates financial plans, including actual and planned results.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- MCOM/MBA/Inter CA/CA/ICWA with very Good Excel and communication skills
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience for a CA/ICWA or BCOM/MCOM with 10-12 years of experience in Business Finance and FP&A.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
- Very good operational knowledge of excel skills to make reports and MIS. Should be able to make formulas and templates to create excel reports.
- Knowledge of SAP and Oracle preferred.
- Practical experience and functional knowledge is more important.
