Role Description
The Senior Business Executive will work on driving business growth by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and leveraging the company's diverse portfolio of financial products. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, achieving assigned sales targets, and executing strategic objectives. The role also encompasses fostering meaningful engagement with the rural and semi-urban communities served by Mahindra Finance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandrapur.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Analysis
- Proficiency in Financial Products, Sales, and Portfolio Management
- Understanding of Rural and Semi-Urban Markets and customer behavior
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Problem-Solving skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Relevant work experience in financial services or related industries is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Chandrapur and engage with the local communities
