Job Description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Data Project Management experience
  • Experience of trade lifecycle, understanding of sales and trader support functions.
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills.
  • Knowledge of QlikView, Tableau, Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Strong report creation, advance excel and PPT skills.
  • Working knowledge of SharePoint, page creation and MS list.
  • Efficient in Microsoft Suites
  • Experience with extensive data analysis/ review and mapping /transforming data for governance routines and reporting.
  • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
  • Strong Alteryx and data visualization experience and ability to tell a story with data.
  • Strong Data governance & Data quality experience.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and create actionable data insights is critical.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team and engage across organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important.
  • Robust understanding of Information Security risk, best practices and regulatory expectation from banks & financial institutions will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment.
  • Ability to engage with global teams and drive execution of global process seamlessly and comfortably is critical to success in the role.
  • Ability to present and discuss information in a manner that persuades, educates, and enhances understanding at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with ability to educate and advise.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate information clearly.

Job Expectations:

  • Working closely with Markets COO business managers to understand regulatory requirements and support them operationally.
  • Reviewing and performing Regulatory transactional testing for multiple Front Office -COO LOB and Desks (Equity/Fixed Income/Commodities/FX and so on).
  • Preparing Standard Procedures and checklist to verifying workflows between different Regulators.
  • Carry our data reconciliation with different trade booking systems and resolve breaks with actively coordinating with trading deck and business managers.
  • Preparing executive PPTs for monthly review calls with senior leadership.
  • Looking for efficiency and creative ways to perform day to day activity which can bring more value to the markets COO business.
