About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • UAT testing. Test Automation, Functional Testing.
  • Knowledge on Octane/ALM for Test Management and Reporting. Integration with Hyper execute in a CI/CD Testing framework experience is desirable
  • Financial services experience (Capital Markets, Wealth and Investment Management, Banking, Mortgage, Insurance) prior consulting experience is a plus
  • Relevant industry certification such as, CISSP, CISM, CISA, CBCP, ITIL, ISTQB, PMP or other specialized IT certifications
  • Focus on leading test automation engineers on the design, customization and optimization of test automation for web and desktop- based applications
  • Partner with various business and technical groups with both digital and mainframe capabilities to pursue and deliver automated solutions that drive efficiency and bring the Testing Services vision and strategy to life

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work in second shift (1:30 PM to 10:30 PM), weekends, and/or holidays as needed or scheduled
  • Agile testing responsibilities include: grooming sessions, sprint planning and participation, daily SCRUM calls.
  • Hands on experience with test automation using Selenium
  • Ability to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or a related field and relevant work experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in diverse environments
  • Experience in leading technical teams such as test automation or performance engineering teams
  • Experience in strategy and planning of technical testing
  • Working knowledge of Java or Python or Playwright- enough to perform code reviews, provide code refactoring recommendations.
  • Automation strategy, framework implementation, planning, scripting and execution
  • Creating technology solutions for business and communicating value
  • Automation framework (data driven, hybrid and behavior driven development concepts), design and enhancements
  • Cucumber/BDD - based frameworks
  • Selenium with Java - Junit/TestNG framework in Eclipse IDE
  • HP UFT
  • Version control repo like GITHUB and SVN
  • Test scheduling and execution on Jenkins, etc.
  • HP-QC/ALM, TFS, JIRA or a relevant defect management tool
  • Software testing and automated test techniques with a strong focus on quality thorough the entire software development cycle
  • As a Test Automation Lead you will bring considerable technical expertise to deliver effective solutions that meet business efficiency and quality goals. Your responsibilities and challenges will be varied and rewarding building supporting frameworks and automation for a variety of application needs that are stable, secure and scalable across various platforms. You will be joining a new team designed to drive efficiency, reduce risk, improve quality and transform the way we deliver application testing at Wells Fargo.
