Position: Lead Generation Specialist
Experience Required: 2+ Years in B2B Lead Generation, IT Services, or SaaS Sales

Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our business development team. This role is critical in identifying and qualifying potential clients for our IT services, including mobile app and software development. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of B2B sales funnels, experience with CRM tools, and a proactive approach to outreach. You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to build a strong pipeline and drive business growth.

Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT or SaaS)
Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
Strong communication and email writing skills
Ability to research and identify decision-makers across industries
Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and data-driven mindset

Roles & Responsibilities
Identify potential clients through online research, databases, and social platforms
Generate qualified leads via cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities
Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems
Track outreach performance and optimize campaigns
Support marketing campaigns with lead insights and segmentation
