Job Description

1. Seeking a Senior Business Development/Sales Professional to focus on Europe/US Market w.r.t. delivery and support of Patent-focused offerings of IIPRD, with IIPRD (www.iiprd.com) being among the leading IP Asset Management and Patent Prior Art Search/Support and Monetization/Litigation Support Practices in the US and Delivery Centers across India.

2. The Candidate should have a thorough focus on all BD mandates including lead generation through LinkedIn, Email Campaigns, and Strategic Outreaches and Calling. The candidate should have at least 4-6 years of core experience, preferably in IP domain and should be extremely comfortable with cold-calling in general.

3. The candidate would be expected to work independently on focused and clear mandates with defined expectations, and would be reporting directly to a firm partner. The candidate should be matured, self-motivated, focused on client service and associated mandates, and thorough professional, with simple and humble attitude. The focus would initially be for the EP markets (2-10 PM) but may require split working between EP and US Markets.

3. Work Location would not be a constraint, although it would be preferred if the candidates works from K&K's head office in Greater Noida.

4. Professionals should possess extremely strong written and verbal/communication skills, and should have at least 4 years of relevant experience in client service representation.

5. Should be willing to work independently and take complete responsibility of mandates allocated.

6. Prior experience on IP/Patent mandates would be really helpful.
