Vehere is seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be responsible for driving pipeline growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities. This is a senior individual contributor role with a clear growth path to Team Lead, offering the opportunity to mentor junior BDRs and shape Vehere's global sales development strategy.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect into target accounts to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
- Engage with C-level executives, CISOs, and decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Conduct account research and mapping to understand buying centers and craft tailored outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine ICPs, campaigns, and messaging, providing field feedback to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate activity, lead, and pipeline data in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs including qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and conversion rates.
- Support and mentor junior BDRs, contributing to team enablement and best practice sharing.
- Prepare to step into a Team Lead role by helping to build outbound playbooks, workflows, and reporting.
- Adhere to high-quality work standards
- Responsible for maintaining the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of Vehere's information assets, including business-critical information
Skills and Experience
- 46 years of Business Development / outbound Sales experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Proven record of exceeding targets and building qualified sales pipeline.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise sales cycles, particularly in cybersecurity and/or government sectors.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and consultative selling skills.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales intelligence tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Apollo).
- Prior experience mentoring or coaching junior team members preferred.
- Driven, ambitious, and eager to take on leadership responsibilities.
