Senior/Business Development Representative (BD - 19308)

About the role:
As part of Whatfix's Global GTM team, you will play a critical role in driving digital transformation conversations with enterprise organizations across the US/EMEA markets. In this outbound-focused role, you will identify, engage, and nurture high-value prospects, helping them navigate the complexities of AI adoption and enterprise application transformation.

You will be responsible for breaking into strategic accounts, mapping key stakeholders, and initiating meaningful conversations with decision-makers such as Heads of IT, Transformation Leaders, and Business Process Owners.

What will you get to do

• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.

• Use a combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, Linkedin Inmails, etc.)

• Tie up leads that will turn into the business through persistence.

• Learn, leverage and help evolve our demand generation process

• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting

• Work directly with sales and marketing to discover opportunities from leads

• Demonstrate and teach strong selling and influencing skills

What you should have

• 2-4 years of prior Business Development experience in EMEA region catering to international clients within a Software/ High Tech company is a plus)

• Fearless attitude - willing to take intelligent risks

• Hard-working and willing to achieve a high volume of outbound calling activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
