Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead end-to-end sales initiatives for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and Business Central), Power BI, Azure, and web & mobile applications. The ideal candidate will excel in building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams for execution of solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the complete sales cycle for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O & Business Central), Power BI, Azure, and web & mobile applications.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold outreach, digital channels, webinars, seminars, events, and referral networks.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Leaders, and Procurement teams.
- Understand customer pain points and align them with Winspire's solution offerings.
- Conduct requirement discovery calls and deliver compelling, customer-centric presentations.
- Collaborate closely with presales and technical teams to prepare SOWs, RFP responses, license sizing, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.
- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, nurturing, demo coordination, proposal creation, negotiations, and closure.
- Work with Microsoft, ISVs, and channel partners, distributors to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competition within the ERP and cloud solutions space to support strategic planning.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B IT/ERP sales, with a strong preference for Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
- Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Projects, Retail, etc.
- Prior experience working with Microsoft partners or ERP consulting organizations.
- Exposure to end-to-end implementation cycles for ERP with preference for Business Central and/or Dynamics 365 F&O implementation.
