Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-drivenBusiness Development Manager (BDM)with a strong grasp of thefintech ecosystem, especially inpay-in, payout services, andconnected banking. The candidate should be able to drive new business opportunities and partnerships, contributing to the rapid growth of our digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard clients and partners for digital payment and fintech solutions.
- Promote and explain ourpay-in/payout services,connected bankingfeatures, andUPI-basedofferings.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to align offerings with customer needs and market demands.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing strategic business development plans.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal tech and product teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and continuous engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 + years of experience in business development or sales within thefintech,digital payments, orbanking techindustry.
- Sound knowledge ofpay-in/payout services,UPI, andconnected bankingplatforms.
- Strong business acumen with a clear understanding of the financial technology landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a remote work environment.
- Must be located inChennai, Kolkata, Noida, and Mumbai.
