We're hiring a Senior Manager- Sales & Business Development for our client, which is one of India's premier Tier-1 PMS. As the Senior Manager- Sales & Business Development, your responsibilities would be:
- Planning and implementing distribution strategies through existing and new relationships within the assigned region.
- Supporting company distribution initiatives and strengthening ties with key partners like MNC banks (SCB, Citi, Kotak Wealth, etc.).
- Driving market share and visibility through new distributor empanelment and joint calls with RM's in competitive markets.
- Liaising with the Investment team for ideas and concalls, while channelising market intelligence back to the product team.
- Collaborating with Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure a seamless experience for all clients.
- Ensuring 100% compliance with regulatory frameworks, KYC norms, and brand values at all times.
Requirements
- At least 810 years of relevant experience specifically within a PMS organisation.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of AIF, PMS, and equity markets.
- Proven track record of managing key distributor relationships with MNC banks and wealth management firms.
- Strong operational mindset with the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor.
- Excellent communication, marketing, and networking skills to influence stakeholders effectively.
- Willingness to travel (ROM) and a commitment to continuous knowledge upgradation and mandatory certifications.
