Senior Business Development Manager

Unidus manufactures and customises acoustic products for walls and ceilings and is focused on marketing to the corporate, commercial, institutional segment.

Products include acoustic panels, wooden ceilings and wall panels, acoustic lighting, metal ceilings, fabric wrapped wall and ceiling panels, floating ceilings, space dividers and modular ceiling tiles and grids.

What You'll Do

• Drive business growth 
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, PMCs, and end clients
• Handle client meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures
• Manage pipeline, follow-ups, and CRM updates
• Generate repeat business and long-term client relationships
• Manage a Team to cover key accounts across segments

• Acoustics / Interior Solutions & Building Materials / Construction / Wall Coverings / Flooring
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Result-driven and relationship-focused mindset
• Experience : 7 Years+ in similar role

CTC : ₹10 LPA – ₹15 LPA (depending on experience & role)
