We're hiring a Senior BDM / City Lead (Bangalore) with strong relationships across corporate-focused architects, workplace designers, and large D&B / GC firms.

What this role involves:

Walking into architect studios with existing relationships

Getting our acoustic products specified in BOQs at the design stage

Managing the full cyclesampling, quotations, orders, execution, and payments

Building a team and growing Bangalore into a revenue centre

Bangalore absorbs 28 million sq ft of office space annually, making it India's largest market. GCCs, tech campuses, and coworking spaces are actively specifying acoustic productsso we need someone already operating in this ecosystem.

There is no ready pipeline. You are the pipeline.

Requirements:

512 years in building materials / interiors / fit-out sales

Active architect and contractor relationships in Bangalore

Strong understanding of specification-driven sales

Mindset to build, not just manage

About UNIDUS Acoustics:

We design, manufacture, supply, and install customised acoustic solutions for corporate interiors, institutional spaces, and hospitality. With 1,500+ projects and 2,800+ architect relationships, we've built a strong market presence. A new in-house PET acoustic manufacturing facility is launching in 2026.

Role Details:

Build relationships with 30 key accounts (architects, designers, D&B firms, GCs)

Drive product specifications (NRC values, product codes, BOQs)

Manage quotations, sampling, order execution, delivery, and payments

Track market intelligence, competitor activity, and pipelines

Hire 12 BDMs as traction builds; scale to 100 accounts in 1218 months

Nice to have:

Experience with acoustic panels, ceilings, wall cladding, or PET products

Network with PMCs or GCC facility teams

Familiarity with LEED / IGBC / WELL

CRM experience (Zoho)

CTC: 1520 LPA (Fixed + Performance-linked)
