The Role

We are seeking a charismatic and results-driven business development manager to join our

growth team with a focus on Japan. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing

relationships with new, existing and emerging partners to our core Titan FX business.

Responsibilities

• Client relationship management: Build, maintain and enhance relationships with
  
  

key partners.

• Expansion: Conduct thorough market research, feasibility studies, and competitive
  
  

analysis to identify growth opportunities.

• Stakeholder management: Establish strong relationships with local regulators and
  
  

partners. Drive strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders, including

financial institutions, brokers, and affiliates.

• Localisation: Oversee the localisation of products, services, and marketing
  
  

strategies to ensure market fit.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with compliance, legal,
  
  

marketing, and technology teams to ensure smooth entry and operations.

• Financially Savvy: Develop and manage financial forecasts, budgets, and
  
  

objectives for new market initiatives.

• Event Organisation: Organise and manage events and marketing promotions, crafting
  
  

impactful campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.

Qualifications

• Must speak native/professional level Japanese and English
• Proven track record of business development and sales experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the financial services, fintech, or online trading industry is highly
• desirable.
