Techversant is seeking aSenior Business Development Managerwith a successful track record in IT services and solution sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible fordriving new client acquisition, exploring untapped markets, forging strategic partnerships, and leading business growth initiativesboth independently and through a team.

Job Description

  • Lead New Client Acquisition:Identify and close new business opportunities in target geographies such as North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC.
  • Strategic Market Development:Research and explore emerging markets and industries to expand our service footprint.
  • Build Partner Ecosystem:Identify, engage, and manage alliances/partners to extend our market reach.
  • Sales Ownership:Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, negotiation, to closure.
  • Consultative Selling:Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions using our full stack of servicesfrom custom app development to AI & cloud migration.
  • Revenue & Target Management:Drive consistent pipeline growth and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
  • Team Leadership:Mentor, collaborate with, and coordinate business development executives and pre-sales teams.
  • Client Engagement:Represent the company in client discussions, industry events, and networking opportunities to promote brand and build strong relationships

Preferred Skills

  • 12+ years of experience in IT services/solutions sales with a strong record innew business acquisition.
  • Demonstrated ability to independentlyopen new logos and enter new geographies or verticals.
  • Deep understanding of IT offerings such asapplication development, modernization, mobility, cloud, AI, and support services.
  • Proven experience inbuilding and managing partner networks.
  • Excellentcommunication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Responsible forachieving on-boarding targets, sales targets of team as well as individual.
  • Ability towork independentlywith strong lead generation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, content marketing and brand marketing.
  • Self-driven,target-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Deep understanding of the technology industry,technology trends, and emerging technologies
  • Team buildingand management skills.
