About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead strategic sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth for our IT services business. Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify, target, and acquire new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Build a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, industry events, and partnerships.
Client Relationship Management
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Strategy

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
