Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to support and drive StyleUAI's sales initiatives. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, product demonstrations, and sales follow-ups with fashion brands, agencies, and eCommerce businesses. The candidate will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless sales operations and contribute to achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, generate, and qualify sales leads across fashion, D2C, and eCommerce segments
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients
- Manage client follow-ups and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to align client requirements with solutions
- Track sales pipeline activity and maintain accurate records using CRM tools
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses
- Support the development and execution of monthly and quarterly sales strategies
- Assist in meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets
Qualifications & Skills- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or client relationship management
- Ability to confidently deliver product demos and presentations
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience in SaaS, AI, fashion-tech, or B2B technology sales
- Understanding of eCommerce or fashion brand workflows
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
