Job description:

Role & responsibilities

• Discuss and provide innovative solutions to influencers requirements and project needs.
• Promote the company's range of products and solutions by highlighting their unique features and benefits to potential influencers.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers during the design stage and influence project specifications through strong techno-aesthetic expertise.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and other key stakeholders. Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural and design trends, practices, and industry developments.
• Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination, efficiency, and collaboration.

Desired Skill Set

• Bachelor's degree, along with 8–12 years of experience in Business Development.
• Strong architectural background with a comprehensive understanding of construction practices, design principles, trends, and techniques.
• Good understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and support future business decisions.
• Working knowledge of CRM and BRM tools will be an added advantage.
• Team-oriented professional with excellent leadership abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship-management skills
