Our Client is seeking a Business Development Manager to support business growth through strategic partnerships, enrollment expansion, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in strengthening recruitment channels, supporting intake targets, and collaborating across teams to enhance service quality and revenue performance.
Role Purpose
Support the growth of the organization by strengthening partnerships, optimizing processes, and driving enrollment performance while maintaining service excellence and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with student recruitment agencies and education or training providers
- Support the achievement of student recruitment and enrollment targets across multiple intakes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers
- Analyze customer feedback to assess satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with program management teams to maximize enrollment outcomes
- Attend business meetings and deliver training sessions for new and existing recruiting partners
- Provide market insights to support product development and competitive positioning
- Analyze financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expansion areas
- Work closely with senior leadership to determine cost-effective growth strategies
- Present offerings to potential partners and negotiate commercial agreements
- Support team initiatives and contribute to overall business performance
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated business acumen with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
