Roles and Responsibilities:

· Communicate confidently with senior executives and Clevel decision-makers across global markets.
· Develop a strong understanding of Suitefy's NetSuite services and solutions and effectively articulate their value to prospects.
· Drive, mentor, and support the sales and marketing teams to ensure they meet or exceed assigned targets.
· Work with global customers and contribute to international business development initiatives.
· Generate qualified leads for staff augmentation and placement services through multiple channels including LinkedIn, social media, and targeted outreach.
· Build and nurture long-term, trustdriven customer relationships to support ongoing business opportunities.
· Clearly showcase Suitefy's full range of staff augmentation and NetSuiterelated services to prospective clients.
· Manage the entire deal cycle—including SOWs, NDAs, MSAs, and related documentation—ensuring alignment with compliance and operational standards.
· Collaborate closely with partner sales teams, adding value to their sales cycles and supporting joint gotomarket efforts.
· Conduct tailored software product demos based on customer needs and confidently address questions during presales discussions.
· Execute personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage prospects and drive lead conversions.
· Manage pipeline activities through CRM tools, including email sequences, follow-ups, and activity tracking.
· Respond promptly to inquiries from prospects and clients; coordinate with customer success and delivery teams to provide clear explanations of product capabilities.
· Prepare customized proposals and pricing documents for prospects based on their business requirements.
· Perform consistent follow-ups to facilitate seamless deal progression and timely closure.
Prerequisites:
· Must have experience in Software Industry or IT Recruitment/Staffing Industry
· Previous experience in selling any ERP or NetSuite services is preferred
· Previous experience in selling software services in international markets
· Understanding of concepts of ERP and related technical terminology
· Handle objections by understanding prospect needs and pain points
· Ask discovery questions to gather prospect information for sales
· Understanding of sales process & lifecycle
· Proven ability to showcase the services through demos to business owners
· Strong presentation and documentation skills
· Ability to practice good CRM hygiene by keeping up to date records of customer interactions, deal stages, etc.
· Highly motivated, ambitious, enthusiastic, and passionate with willingness to exceed targets
Qualifications:
· B.E/B.Com with masters in MBA from a reputed College/University
· Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
· Minimum 8-10 years of industry experience in Sales
