Your Mission: The Role

Solving for better. You are the strategic engine of our top-of-funnel growth, ensuring Searce's innovation reaches the right ears at the right time. This isn't a role for a telemarketer; it's about being a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) who acts as the primary architect for pipeline generation in our most critical markets.

You'll own the end-to-end prospecting lifecyclefrom deep-dive account mapping to the final, high-impact handoff to the Sales team. You are 100% accountable for the integrity of our funnel, the sophistication of our outreach, and the tangible revenue influenced by your strategic interventions.

You're not just a BDR. You're our Growth Intelligence Engine.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior BDR at Searce, you are the tactical vanguard who bridges the gap between marketing curiosity and sales closed-won. You don't just find leads; you architect opportunities.

  • Strategic Account Architecture: Identify and map hyper-relevant Enterprise and Mid-market accounts. You don't just look at a list; you profile the entire ecosystemdecision-makers, influencers, and championsto build a multi-threaded entry strategy.
  • Masterful Narrative Execution: Craft and execute sophisticated, multi-touch outbound cadences. You move beyond basic emails to create compelling, personalized stories across phone, social, and video that resonate with technical and business leaders alike.
  • Deep-Dive Discovery: Conduct high-level discovery to uncover pain points that prospects haven't even identified yet. You understand their tech stack and current processes deeply enough to propose a futurified alternative.
  • Pipeline Governance & Handoff: Serve as the gatekeeper for lead quality. You lead the transition of Qualified Meetings to Account Owners, ensuring every prospect is primed for a strategic conversation, not just a demo.
  • Process Optimization & Mentorship: Constantly tweak the Searce Way of prospecting. You'll share insights with the broader team, mentoring junior BDRs on objection handling and creative outreach to increase overall conversion rates.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with Marketing and Practice heads to ensure sales efforts are aligned with our latest AI and Cloud offerings, providing a feedback loop that improves lead quality across the organization.

  • Strategic Pipeline Management: Expert ability to own the top-of-funnel, directly influencing revenue targets through high-quality opportunity creation.
  • Advanced Objection Mastery: Navigating complex No's to find the Possible It Is pathway with C-suite stakeholders.
  • Consultative Storytelling: Translating complex Cloud/AI concepts into human, impact-driven narratives.
  • Lead Flow Architecture: Designing and optimizing sales engagement cadences for maximum response and relevance.

  • Sales-Stack Orchestration: Mastery of ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Sales Engagement Platforms (like Outreach or Salesloft) to drive surgical precision.
  • Data-Driven Prospecting: Leveraging CRM analytics (Salesforce/HubSpot) to identify risks in the funnel and double down on high-propensity targets.
  • AI-Native Research: Utilizing AI tools to perform rapid account research and personalize outreach at 10x speed.

Experience & Relevance

  • The Sweet Spot (8-12 Years): Proven track record of outbound prospecting in the B2B tech/SaaS or consulting space.
  • Cloud Sector Fluency: Deep understanding of the GCP/AWS/Azure ecosystem and how to sell the value of modernization.
  • Enterprise Savvy: Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long sales cycles.
