Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager – Staff Augmentation (Market Expansion)

Role Overview:
We are building a high-impact Staff Augmentation vertical focused on rapid revenue growth and market expansion. This role is not for a traditional account manager it is for a growth-driven professional with a founder's mindset who can build and scale a revenue engine from scratch.
You will play a critical role in capturing enterprise demand, driving top-line revenue, and establishing a strong market presence across Gujarat and PAN India.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Revenue Generation & Business Development
- Proactively identify and acquire high-value clients across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, and Digital Transformation sectors
- Generate 15–20 qualified opportunities per month through outbound channels (LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp, networking)
- Own and achieve ₹1.2–1.5 Cr annual revenue target in Year 1, with growth plans for Year 2
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline with a focus on closures and revenue realization
2. Partnership & Ecosystem Development
- Establish strategic partnerships with IT consulting firms, product companies, and staffing agencies
- Develop a B2B referral network to create a continuous lead generation funnel
- Drive white-label staffing opportunities within large enterprise projects
- Represent the organization at industry forums, networking events, and leadership discussions
3. Resource & Vendor Management
- Leverage internal talent pool and 50+ vendor ecosystem to fulfill client requirements
- Ensure scalability by aligning the right talent with client needs
- Design competitive and sustainable commercial proposals
4. End-to-End Sales Ownership
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and onboarding
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams for seamless execution
- Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 7+ years in Staff Augmentation, Contract Staffing, or Managed Services
- Proven track record of closing ₹80L+ deals
- Strong understanding of revenue-driven sales strategies and pricing models
- Well-connected within Gujarat and PAN India corporate ecosystem
- Ability to engage with CTOs, HR Heads, and business leaders
- Good understanding of technical roles (e.g., React Developers, Cloud Architects)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad
