Looking for a Dynamic Enterprise Sales Manager for a Tech platform based out of Mumbai!
Job Responsibilities
- Enterprise Acquisition: Own the end-to-end sales process for acquiring new enterprise clientsfrom prospecting to closing high-value deals.
- Market Development: Identify whitespace opportunities and develop tailored go-to-market strategies for different industry verticals.
- Pipeline Generation: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, partnerships, and networking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to drive deal progression.
- Solution Selling: Understand client needs and pain points to effectively position our offerings as high-impact solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align strategies and deliver seamless client experiences.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and market insights to leadership.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales (Hunting role), preferably with Fintech, Legal Tech or SaaS industries
- Strong prospecting mindset and the ability to generate meaningful leads from networking events
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage and resolve complex client escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant business software.
