Senior Business Development Manager IT / AI / Software Services
Location: Gurgaon

Role Overview
We are hiring a revenue-driven Business Development Manager who can
quickly generate a pipeline and close mid- to large deals across
enterprises and high-growth startups in AI/GenAI, Machine Learning,
SAP, Cloud, SaaS, and software development. This is a quota-carrying,
deal-closing position with full revenue responsibility.
What We Are Looking For
Active clients or strong decision-maker relationships (Enterprise
and/or Startups)
Ability to generate an immediate qualified pipeline
Proven experience closing B2B IT services/software / AI deals
Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
Comfortable owning monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Mandatory in Application:
Industries / client types currently handled (Enterprise / Startups /
SaaS / Tech)
Average deal size closed
Largest deal closed (value and role)
Realistic monthly revenue expectation
Key Responsibilities
Acquire new clients from enterprises and funded startups
Build sales pipeline within 30-60 days
Close mid-to-large ticket projects ($50K $1M+)
Own complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Conduct CXO, Founder, CTO, and Procurement-level meetings
Lead value-based consultative sales conversations
Negotiate commercials and close contracts
Required Experience
58 years in IT services / AI / Gen AI / Machine Learning / SaaS /
SAP / cloud services sales
Proven track record of closing B2B software or services deals
Experience handling enterprise clients and/or funded startups
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Hunter mindset with new logo acquisition focus
Preferred
Network in US, UK, Europe, Australia, India and Middle East the
enterprise and startup ecosystem
Experience with US or international clients
Exposure to AI / GenAI/cloud / digital transformation sales
Prior quota-carrying revenue responsibility
Compensation
Fixed Salary
High commission per deal (uncapped)
Revenue-linked performance incentives
