We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales and client acquisition activities for PhD assistance services. The person will build strong relationships with students, researchers, and institutions, manage a sales team, and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies to grow the business and achieve revenue goals
- Identify new markets, clients (students, researchers, universities), and opportunities
- Lead, train, and motivate the business development team
- Build strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Handle client discussions, proposals, and negotiations
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and promotions
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in business development/sales (preferably in education, research, or related fields)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to create strategies and drive a team to achieve results
- Good knowledge of PhD assistance services (thesis, research papers, editing, publications, etc.) is an advantage
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields (MBA preferred)
