Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves developing and executing strategies to drive business growth and expand market share. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, maintaining and nurturing client relationships, preparing business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business goals. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, creating strategic plans, and conducting competitive analysis.

Qualifications
  • Experience in business development and strategic planning
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and account management
  • Ability to prepare and present business proposals
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Data analysis and market research capabilities
  • Experience in the property management or tech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
