Hiring – Business Development Manager / DSA Channel Sales (Business Installment Loans)

We are looking for experienced professionals with 4–10 years of experience in Business Installment Loans (BIL) sales through DSA channels.

Job Responsibilities:

• Acquire prime customers for Business Installment Loans (BIL)

• Focus on loan disbursements of ₹50 Lakhs and above (₹10 Lakhs and above for smaller locations)

• Drive business through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channels

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs and customers

• Generate leads, evaluate customer requirements, and ensure timely loan processing

• Achieve business targets and maintain portfolio quality

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan disbursement

Eligibility:

• 5-7 years of experience in Business Installment Loans (BIL)

• Experience in DSA channel sales is mandatory

• Strong communication and relationship management skills

• Proven track record in sourcing and disbursing business loans
