This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Business Development Manager specializing in IT staffing for the Malaysian region. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, nurturing client partnerships, and driving revenue generation through IT staffing solutions. Key responsibilities include leading business development efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients to understand organizational needs, and delivering customized IT staffing strategies that align with their goals. The candidate will represent Pro Integrate in the Malaysian market while contributing to expanding our footprint and fostering strong stakeholder relationships.

• Proven skills in business development, relationship management, and lead generation
• Strong knowledge of IT staffing practices, talent acquisition, and resourcing processes
• Experience with IT consulting services, including cloud transformation and enterprise integration
• Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and create tailored business strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with IT technologies and their application in enterprise environments
• Proficiency in managing remote teams and leveraging collaboration tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is an advantage
• Experience in the Malaysian market or similar regional expertise is highly beneficial
