Role Purpose:
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to support GEDU's growth by developing its people, processes, technologies, and data. The role ensures revenue targets are met, service quality is maintained and improved, and operational efficiency is maximized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish partnerships with potential student recruitment agencies and educational/training providers.
- Assist the team in achieving student recruitment targets for each intake.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, recruiting partners, and customers.
- Analyze customer feedback to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
- Support programme management teams to maximize enrolment.
- Conduct business meetings and provide training to new recruiting partners.
- Provide insights into product development and competitive positioning.
- Analyze financial data to optimize business costs and increase profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company executives to determine cost-effective business growth strategies.
- Present offerings and negotiate deals with potential partners.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and management skills.
- Exceptional negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
